The proposed projects are located in the Towns of, Chester, Johnsburg, Stony Creek, Thurman, and Queensbury in Warren County.

The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following:

Warren County, if interested, is putting out our 2021 road projects early. If you would like to receive the bid specifications please fill out and send back the first page to be placed on the official plan holder’s list.

Specifications are free of charge. Specifications will be emailed. A CD can be mailed out (USPS only) as well, if the file is too large.

Specifications should be ready by Thursday, November 19th. I will email sooner if I receive the final approved specifications before that.

Also, if you will be submitting a proposal, please know you will need to schedule a drop off time with the Purchasing Department as our building is still closed to the public and we will meet you outside the doors of the Human Services Building at your scheduled time. At this time the public will not be allowed at the bid opening but more than welcome to watch the opening on YouTube (information on the Notice to Bidders).
