052-22 - Architectural, Engineering and Testing Services

The COUNTY OF WAYNE is requesting statement of qualifications for general Architectural, Engineering (herein after referred to as A/E) and testing services that may be needed within the Public Works Department. The intent of the County is to execute a contract for a five (5) year period beginning in December 1st, 2022 with up to five (5) firms to provide A/E and testing services as needed. This solicitation is not project specific and the selected firms may be asked to provide project specific cost proposals for their services if needed. There is no guarantee that any A/E and testing firms will be required and no fees shall be paid to the consultant(s) unless actual work is pre-authorized by Wayne County and performed by the selected consultant(s).
