Description

The County of Wayne is soliciting proposals from firms interested in providing specialized financial management services for Wayne County’s Department of Mental Health, Lyons, NY, including the County owned and operated behavioral health agency Wayne Behavioral Health Network. The County will require support for the Fiscal Officer functions which include ongoing consultation and technical assistance to ensure Local Governmental Unit (LGU) compliance in oversight and management of New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH), Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS), and the Office of People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) Programs.
