041-22 - Wayne County Business Park Feasibility Study

Situated in New York’s Finger Lakes Region, half way between Rochester and Syracuse, Wayne County is home to nearly 50,000 workers in key industries including but not limited to photonics and optics, advanced manufacturing and agriculture. Within the County lies several business parks ideal for the advancement of regional business activity and the modernization of industries in general.
The Wayne County Economic Development and Planning Department is seeking Request for Proposals from qualified consultants to prepare an analysis of these parks and other areas within the County with informal business clusters. The intent of this study is to identify strategies and implementation actions that will spur economic development by allowing these sites to be fully utilized, attract jobs, and generate tax revenue for the community.
