RFB 025-22 - Wayne County Courthouse Plaster Restoration

Plaster repairs and restoration in the main Court Room of the Old Courthouse. Work includes but not limited to the temporary removal and storage of courtroom seating and miscellaneous courtroom furnishings; removal and replacement of all items hung on the walls; protection of all surrounding surfaces and furnishing; repairs and restoration of all cracked, loose, and/or peeling plaster on all wall and ceiling surfaces; painting of the entire ceiling, all wall surfaces, and moldings; reinstallation of the seating and furniture; and other work indicated in the Contract Documents.
