004-24 - Wayne County DSS Building modification for Elevator Replacement

Modification of an existing elevator hoistway to extend its height above the existing roof deck level to accommodate the overrun dimension of the replacement elevator, including tie-in to the existing roofing system that is under warranty.  Work includes but is not limited to Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Electrical work associated with the elevator replacement as indicated in the Contract Drawings.  It should be noted that the removal of the existing elevator system and installation of the replacement elevator system will be performed under a separate contract and is not part of the scope of this contract.
