Summary of Specifications:
It is the intention of the Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES to establish a contract(s) for interactive flat panels, projectors, mounting systems & related items with and without installation on an as needed basis for a term contract in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Since the delivery dates and quantities of these products ordered are dependent on the needs of our individual component school districts, the volume will vary by district and by product line. The BOCES represents purchasing options for Organizations, Departments, Agencies and forty-seven (47) School Districts that are serviced by Edutech, our Regional Information Center.
In addition to BOCES/Edutech, this bid will include the needs of Ontario County and Finger Lakes Community College.
The Participants reserve the right to add to, or remove from, the contract at any time using Organizations, Departments, Agencies and School Districts.
