The Board of Cooperative Educational Services of Wayne-Ontario-Seneca-Yates-Cayuga Counties, known as Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES (the “BOCES”) is seeking Proposals from qualified companies to establish a contract(s) for Affordable Care Act Compliance Services (“Service Provider”), as described in the technical specifications of this document for Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES and the following Districts known as the “Participants” for this RFP: Bloomfield CSD, Canandaigua CSD, Clyde-Savannah CSD, Dundee CSD, Gananda CSD, Geneva City SD, Gorham-Rushville CSD, Honeoye CSD, Lyons CSD, Manchester-Shortsville CSD, Marion CSD, Naples CSD, Newark CSD, North Rose-Wolcott CSD, Palmyra-Macedon CSD, Penn Yan CSD, Phelps-Clifton Springs CSD, Red Creek CSD, Romulus CSD, Seneca Falls CSD, Sodus CSD, Victor CSD, Waterloo CSD, Wayne CSD, and Williamson CSD.
