Summary of Specifications:
Replace approximately 3,300 linear feet of steel tie-back type bulkhead; removal of the top portion of the existing steel bulkhead, including construction of a cast-in-place concrete cap and regrading area behind the bulkhead, and rebuilding 300 feet of eroded embankment area with rip-rap, fill and landscaping.
