The work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing labor, equipment materials and permits for cleaning of Sludge Storage Tanks and safe removal of sewage sludge, grit, rags, scum, grease from sludge digesters and sludge storage tanks and disposing it in a manner compliant with local state and federal regulations.
