Description

Westchester County is seeking proposals to enhance and complement the current program delivery and technology components of its paratransit program, known as Bee-Line ParaTransit.
Westchester County is trying to strengthen a desired balance in its Bee-Line ParaTransit system between service quality and cost efficiency. The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to seek responses from interested, qualified and experienced contractors to provide ADA paratransit services using a combination of a Traditional ParaTransit model and a Car Service model, while also enhancing its current technological component to provide a robust program that will address our most pressing challenges identified as cost, expanding ridership, service area approach, travel time and customer satisfaction.
