Sealed bids will be received in Room 528 of the Michaelian Office Building, 148 Martine Avenue, White Plains, New York 10601, until 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 25, 2018 and immediately thereafter the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in Room 527 of the said building. For additional bidding information or questions call (914) 995-4346.

Each bidder is required to submit the full set of authorized Proposal Pages (the Bid Response Sheet, Bidder’s experience Questionnaire etc, as detailed in the "Information for Bidders") and the bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check payable to the County of Westchester in the amount of $1,000. Bid security must be attached to the outside of the sealed bid. Failure to submit in this manner may cause the bid to be rejected. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond, cash, certified check or irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of 5% of the total annual Lump Sum Bid.
