Summary of Specifications:
Work under this contract will consist primarily of annual inspections and maintenance/repair of cranes and hoists. Bid prices for inspections and preventive maintenance shall be a fixed price as indicated on the bid proposal form. Payment for repair services shall be based on actual labor and material incurred as described in the specifications for various facilities throughout Westchester County. The term of this contract is for a period of two years.
