ITB-EF-1511 - Modifications to the South Control Structure, Yonkers Joint WWTP

Summary of Specifications:
The work called for under this contract is to be performed at the Yonkers Joint Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 1 Fernbrook St in the City of Yonkers, New York. The Contractor shall perform all work required for raising the top of the South Control Structure to match the top elevation of the North Control Structure, relocating all existing piping and electrical/control panels to avoid interference during demolition and reconstruction, in accordance with the Contract Documents and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract, complete and ready for use. The plant shall remain in operation during the construction, and the level sensors shall remain active. The modification would result in raising the top elevation of South Control Structure by approximately 3.50 ft.
