The work under this Contract consists of all labor, material and equipment required for the rehabilitation of the Halstead Avenue Bridge over Mamaroneck River, including repairs of all deteriorated girders, spalling and cracking of the bridge seats, repair and seal cracks in the concrete deck, clean and paint all steel surfaces of the entire structure, fill in scour hole downstream side with stone riprap, repoint stones in structure and parapet walls, remove pavement on bridge and the approaches and repair and seal the bridge joints, and apply waterproofing membrane over the structure and pave the bridge and approaches.
