Summary of Specifications:
The work under this contract consists of providing all necessary labor, material and equipment required for pavement milling and asphalt resurfacing of Palmer Road in Yonkers from Saw Mill River Road to Central Park Avenue, a distance of 1.66 miles, including the access ramps at Central Park Avenue. Rehabilitation work includes adjusting catch basins and manholes, installation of reflectorized pavement markings and replacement of damaged concrete curbing. The project also includes the rehabilitation of the Palmer Road Bridge over Central Park Avenue including replacement of bridge decking, sidewalk and railings along with improvements to the structure’s stone fascia.
