Summary of Specifications:
The Project involves the Rehabilitation of the Music Tower , a 120 foot high steel frame and masonry structure. The work includes component demolition, masonry, cement stucco, structural steel, ornamental metal, light gauge structural framing, EIFS finishes with historic replication, roofing, painting, electrical and lighting. All work is to follow the "Secretary of Interior's Guidelines for Historic Preservation".
