22-509 - Stokes Greene Building Demolition Croton Gorge Park, Croton-On-Hudson, N.Y.

The work under this contract consists of providing all necessary labor, material and equipment required for the demolition and removal of derelict buildings located at Stokes Greene Property adjacent to  Croton Gorge Park, in the town of  Croton-on-Hudson, New York. Work includes but is not limited to, associated removals such as hazardous materials, asphalt paving, concrete and fallen trees. The project will include site work such as topsoil and seed to restore the site to a natural state.  (Bid range: $500,000.00 to $600,000.00).
