Description

The County of Westchester requires a continuous supply of vending machine products and services for use by County departments, general public and other governmental participants. It is the intent of the County to contract with a vendor for all the locations and machines listed in the attached documents for the stated term as well as a set monthly lease payment to the County.

The vendor awarded a contract will be responsible for supplying all labor, material and machines per specifications. The vendor will also be responsible for the daily operations of all equipment, supplying all items for sale per specifications as well as repair/replacement of all equipment as deemed necessary by the County. The following specifications are intended to set a standard of performance and equipment required by the County. The intent is to receive the best products and service available for the County employees, general public and other governmental participants while providing the County with the highest license fees per the locations as specified.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the County of Westchester will receive proposals to provide and operate vending machines at certain County owned Properties. Such proposals must be filed with the Commissioner of Public Works and Transportation in Room 518, 148 Martine Avenue, White Plains, New York by 4 p.m. May 15, 2018.
