The City of Jacksonville is seeking quotes for the following:
Duplex Pump Control Pump Panel
Duplex Pump Control Panel for Brinson Creek Pump Station. The voltage is three phase wye 277/480 volts, the neutral terminates in the ATS. The pumps are Fairbanks Morse, model no. 5” D5436MV, HP: 118; RPM: 1800; Volts: 460; Amps: 139.4.
The following specifications apply:
a. NEMA 4X Hoffman stainless steel enclosure with three point latches and inner doors. Enclosure width not to exceed 48”.
b. Main control panel circuit breaker and individual pump circuit breakers, Square D brand.
c. Main power distribution block. Distribution lugs on the load end of the MB may be used in lieu of MPDB.
d. Surge Protector, Square D brand.
e. Phase monitor, Symcom brand
f. Four float control system logic.
g. Intrinsically Safe Module, Symcom brand
h. Lag pump Time Delay Relay
i. Soft Starts, Schneider Electric brand
j. HOA switches, ETMs and push button pilot lights for each pump
k. Pump alternator with selector switch
l. Labels for all lights, switches, pushbuttons, relays, etc…..
m. 115v circuit breakers as follows: control power, condensation heater, Mission Control transformer, one spare 15 amp breaker. Owner will install Mission Control hardware in new PCP.
n. Condensation Heater
o. All necessary relays, to include pump over temp and seal fail, terminal blocks and, fuses.
p. Auxiliary contacts for signals to RTU for Pump over temp alarm, Pump seal fail alarm, High wet well alarm, phase fail alarm, 4/20 ma flow signal
q. Alarm circuitry to include the following: alarm light (Federal Signal model no. LP3P-120R, shipped loose owner will install), alarm horn (WERMA model no. 11000067 shipped loose owner will install). Alarm horn silence/reset button.
Price to include FOB Jacksonville, NC, startup by manufactures representative and, installation. Quote installation cost as a separate item. Note: During installation the three EYS fittings beneath the PCP will be removed and replaced with stainless steel chase nipples on both ends by the contractor.
The City of Jacksonville will provide lift support for panel loading and unloading, the COJ will also put the station on bypass pumping during the change out of the pump control panel.
