Description

The City of Jacksonville is seeking bids (RFB) the one-time purchase of Tools for the Fleet Maintenance Department. Vendors may submit their bids digitally as long as the due date and time requirements are met. If a Vendor chooses to submit a hardcopy of their bid, the hard copy shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope/box marked: “Request for Bids: FY23 Tools” and delivered to: City of Jacksonville, Attn: Kimberly Mena, 1300 N. Marine Blvd, Jacksonville, NC 28540.

Bids are due by 5:00 PM (EST) on September 6, 2022 either via email to kmena@jacksonvillenc.gov or by mail at PO Box 128, Jacksonville, NC 28541. Any bid that is submitted after the time stated will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered. If submitting digitally, the Vendor may wish to use the email receipt confirmation to confirm delivery of the bid.

In order for this to be considered a responsive bid, the bid form must be completed and signed and the bid form completed.
