The City of Jacksonville is soliciting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide on-call professional environmental engineering services to the City. The selected firms shall provide some or all of the scope of services listed in Section III and the submitted proposals shall identify the specific disciplines of services offered by the firm. The professional engineering services required shall be on an on-call and as-needed basis for a three-year term beginning March 1, 2022. At the sole discretion of the City, one or more firms may be selected and awarded contracts under this RFQ.
The City will select firms using a Qualifications-based Selection (QBS) process. Selections will be based on demonstrated experience and expertise in removal of fuel systems and release remediation. Successful project execution also includes the ability of the firm to work in partnership with City staff, management, and other consultants and contractors who may be part of a project and the ability of the firm to respond in a timely manner to issues that may arise.

• Deadline for submittal of Statement of Qualifications February 18, 2022 by 5:00pm
• Selection committee’s recommendations for award February 28, 2022
