The City of Jacksonville is seeking revised bids for two Interactive Kiosks to serve incoming visitors. One will be located at the Albert J. Ellis Airport in Richlands, NC and the other at the Jacksonville Station, 1300 N. Marine Blvd, Jacksonville, NC. The City is interested in purchasing two (2) units that will include one (1) indoor portrait kiosk and (1) indoor landscape standing kiosk, with the ability to create itineraries, provide digital brochures, maps, mobile application and a social media outlet. This will be a one-time purchase.

All bids are to be returned to Jacksonville Tourism Development Authority by 3:00 PM on May 24, 2024, at the Transportation Department at Jacksonville Station located at 1300 N. Marine Blvd, Jacksonville, NC 28540. There will not be a public bid opening.
The responsibility for submitting bids (including all documents requested herein) is solely and strictly that of the bidder. The CITY is not responsible for delays in the delivery of the mail or delays caused by any other occurrence. Bids received after the time for closing will not be considered.

The delivery of the 43” indoor portrait standing kiosk will be received at 264 Albert J Ellis Airport Rd. Richlands, NC 28540. The delivery of the 22” indoor landscape standing kiosk will be delivered to 1300 N. Marine Blvd, Jacksonville, NC 28540. Deliveries will be coordinated in advance between the Tourism Coordinator and the successful bidder.
There will be no pre-bid meeting. Questions about this bid must be submitted via email, azamecnik@jacksonvillenc.gov, by June 13, 2024, until 5:00pm.
Questions received will be answered through issuance of an addendum on June 17, 2024. Questions received after this time will not be answered. Individual meetings with Bidders will not be held due to personnel workload.
