Description

The City of Jacksonville (The City) is seeking proposals for a data sharing, cloud-based
software that will support its current COSSUP (Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Use)
Program in reporting and tracking analytics across multiple community partners who are working
together to support recovery efforts. The software will require the ability to interface with existing
data systems to support agency workflows while meeting requirements for information access and
privacy. The software will be utilized by the City of Jacksonville Police Department and must be
compatible with current and future network and business needs.
I. Proposals Due
All Proposals are due on July 19, 2024 by 4:00 PM for the purchase of a Data Sharing
Platform. Interested bidders may submit Proposal via email to Angela Stewart at
astewart@jacksonvillenc.gov. The City is not responsible for delays or interruptions in delivery of
emails for any reason.
