Sealed Proposals will be received at the City of Jacksonville, 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540 on or before 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on June 15, 2023. Sealed Proposals will be opened promptly at 10:00 a.m. at City Hall, City of Jacksonville, 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540 in Conference Room A&B.
