The City of Jacksonville is soliciting a Request for Proposals (RFP) for qualified financial advisors to assist the City of Jacksonville in the analysis, structure and placement of major financing, to provide advice on other financing and debt management issues to include both water sewer and our general funds.
The City of Jacksonville reserves the right to reject any and all submittals.
Submittals shall be submitted to the Finance Department, City of Jacksonville, PO Box 128, Jacksonville, NC 28541, no later than Friday, May 15, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. Four copies shall be submitted.
The City of Jacksonville intends to establish a contract with a Firm who has the skills and ability to provide professional financial advisory services for the City as it relates to the planning, structuring, analysis and issuance of debt, contracting for a feasibility study, underwriting and bond counsel and financial advice on both water sewer and general funds. This may include water sewer rate analysis with models or system development fee studies.
It is the intention of the City to select a Firm shortly after the proposal date and to enter into contract immediately thereafter for a one year term renewable for a second year.
