The City of Jacksonville is soliciting Requests for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified Firms to provide professional consulting services resulting in a detailed methodology for formulating and calculating system development fees.
Proposals shall be submitted to Roy Bredahl, Project Manager, Department of Public Services, City of Jacksonville, PO Box 128, Jacksonville, NC 28541, no later than 5 p.m. on November 30, 2023.
The selected firm should be prepared to complete this project within 90 days of receipt of Notice to Proceed.
Scope of Work: Based on land use, population data, and established demand factors, the Consultant shall develop a sound methodology for formulating and calculating system development fees. In addition, the Consultant will use these methodologies
to calculate legally defensible system development fees for the City.
