FY23 HVAC System for Barn Street
All quotes are due on 4/11/2023 by 5:00 p.m. for the purchase and installation of an HVAC System.
The City of Jacksonville requires all bidders to schedule and complete a site visit prior to submitting a quote. Site visit would need to be scheduled and completed by 3/31/2023. The physical address for the site visit is 820 Barn St., Jacksonville, NC 28540. Site visits are only available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Upon completion of the site visit, interested bidders may provide a quote or complete and sign this Request for Quote and either email it to kmena@jacksonvillenc.gov or deliver to Kimberly Mena at Jacksonville Station located at 1300 N. Marine Blvd., Jacksonville, NC 28540.
The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids, which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
Specifications: Listed below are the Job Specifications required for the HVAC System.
Job must include the following:
- All necessary equipment and material.
- HVAC Permits
- Remove 4 and 5 Ton Split System Heat Pump.
- Install New 14 Seer Trane 4 and 5 Ton Split System Heat Pumps.
- Remove the existing Condensers on roof.
- Relocate the replacement outdoor HVAC system to the ground.
- Work performed during normal business hours.
- Material, Labor, and Management to produce this project.
- Smoke Detectors by Fire Alarm Company
Selected vendor shall assume all responsibility for all services offered in its proposal and as required for a complete installation.
