The City of Jacksonville is seeking bids (RFB) for Transit System Bus Shelters and Amenities for the Transportation Department known as Jacksonville Transit. The City will select items based upon the criteria listed in Section VI. The City of Jacksonville will be awarding all items to one bidder to purchase bus shelters and amenities such as trash receptacles, mounted map holders, bus sign poles, benches, bicycle racks, and solar lighting system for public bus stops throughout the City of Jacksonville over a three-year period.

BID SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS
Bidders may submit their bid either as a hard copy or digitally as long as the due date and time requirements are met.
If the Bid is submitted digitally, no hard copies will need to be submitted. If submitting digitally, the Bidder may wish to use the email receipt confirmation to confirm delivery of the bid.
Bids are due by 5:00 PM (EST) on December 12, 2022, either via email to kmena@jacksonvillenc.gov or by mail. Any bid that is submitted after the time stated will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered.
There will be no pre-bid meeting. Questions about this bid must be submitted via email and will be answered until 5:00 PM on December 7, 2022.
Questions received will be answered through issuance of an addendum. Questions received after this time will not be answered. Individual meetings with Bidders will not be held due to personnel workload.
