The Town requests sealed qualiﬁcations for a qualiﬁed ﬁrm to prepare a Facilities Condition Assessment and Space Needs Plan. This Plan will be based on quantiﬁable and qualitative data, such as space needs and facility condition, to address the Town’s immediate and long-range needs. The overall goal is to provide adequate, suﬃcient, environmentally friendly, and functional space for Town employees to eﬀectively and eﬃciently perform required duties and responsibilities. It is the Town’s desire to observe historic preservation and compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act when evaluating facility opportunities.

Proposals may be submitted by USPS mail or other delivery service to the Senior Project Manager.
Respondents may also bring proposals to Town Hall at the address listed in this section.
Five (5) paper copies and one (1) PDF copy of proposals shall be sent or delivered to Carolina Beach Town Hall and arrive by the deadline. The proposal name and RFQ number should be listed in the lower left corner of the envelope.
