COTPA RFP 25-004 - PENSION LEGAL SERVICES

The Central Oklahoma Transportation and Parking Authority dba EMBARK (COTPA) is seeking proposals to provided certain legal services relating to matters, including, but not limited to, the defined benefit plan matters for the COTPA Pension Plan. Any bid submitted shall constitute an irrevocable offer, for a period of 120 days to provide the services set forth in these specifications, or until a selection is made.
By submitting a bid in response to this RFP, the Bidder is acknowledging that the requirements, scope of work, and evaluation process outlined in the RFP are fair, equitable, not unduly restrictive, understood and agreed to. It is expressly agreed by and between the parties hereto that the provisions embodied in the Request for Proposals contain all covenants, agreements, obligations, rights, duties and stipulations agreed upon by the parties hereto upon the execution hereof. No statements or representations, oral or written, not incorporated herein shall be considered to be a part of the Agreement.
