Description

This request for proposal (RFP) provides interested suppliers with sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by PHFA to satisfy a need for property auction services.
The Agency services a portfolio of approximately 50,000 first-lien residential mortgages on properties located within Pennsylvania and currently maintains an REO portfolio of approximately 150 properties. The objective is to liquidate the properties in the most expeditious manner possible to minimize financial losses.
