PHFA is issuing this Request for Proposal to find a qualified supplier to provide training services for PHFA's New Asset Building Initiative which is modeled after HUD's Family Self Sufficiency Program. The training vendor is needed to support the property owners’ staff needs and provide access to a virtual collaboration platform designed specifically for this program where PHFA staff, property owners and their staff will have access. This is needed to provide oversight of the program.
