Description

The Town of Bristol (Town) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the purchase and implementation of a modern, integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Specifically, the Town is seeking an ERP solution in the areas of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Budget, Requisitions, Fixed Assets, and Grants/Project Management, and Financial/Budget Transparency.
The Town seeks a qualified bidder who can demonstrate organization, functional, and technical capabilities, as well as experience, expertise, and qualifications necessary to provide and support a fully integrated and proven ERP solution. All prices quoted in response to this RFP shall be valid for a minimum of 180 days.
