The minimum acceptable bid is Three-Hundred and Eighteen Thousand Dollars ($318,000.00).

A refundable good faith deposit of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) in the form of a certified or bank check made payable to the Town of Bristol shall accompany any offer. A further deposit, bringing the total deposit to five percent (5%) of the sales price, shall be paid upon signing of the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
