Respondents to this request for bids must submit their proposals no later than October 6th, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. An official authorized to bind the Respondent to the provisions of its response must sign the Response Form. The City will review all responses and reserves the right to accept or reject all responses. Sealed bids will be accepted in the City Clerk's Office, City Hall, 580 Broad Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island, until the time indicated, for the commodities, equipment, or services listed in the specifications. The date and time of the public opening of bids will be posted as an addendum to this bid on the City’s website (www.centralfallsri.us/purchasing) by the close of business on September 30, 2022. The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the City of Central Falls City Clerk 580 Broad St. Central Falls, RI 02863 The envelope must include the name and address of the Respondent, and the lower left corner of the envelope must contain the following identification: SEALED BID, JENKS PARK IMPROVEMENTS PHASE I – CONTRACT NO. 2022-0007. All bids must be received by 2:00 p.m. in the City Clerk's Office on Thursday, October 6th, 2022. NO BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 2:00 p.m.
