To be considered, four (4) hard copies of the proposal(s) and one electronic copy (flash drive/CD) must be received by Erin Mulligan, Purchasing Agent at 43 Broadway, Newport, RI 02840 by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 18, 2021. The proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes and must be plainly marked in the lower left-hand corner, “Audit and Agreed-Upon Procedures Proposal- RFP# 21-038”.
Bids may be delivered via mail or to the Drop Box located at the base of the stairs at the Bull Street entrance to Newport City Hall, 43 Broadway, Newport, RI 02840.
