INVITATION TO BID

TERM-LIFE INSURANCE AND ACCIDENTAL DEATH & DISMEMBERMENT
The Town of East Greenwich and East Greenwich School Department will accept bids for the above referenced. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to Rose Emilio, Administrative Services Mgr., East Greenwich Town Hall, Town Clerk Office 2nd Floor, 125 Main Street, East Greenwich, R. I. 02818, and must be plainly marked in the lower left-hand corner, "Term Life Insurance & AD&D.” Two copies of the proposal must be included.
Proposals are due no later than 11:00 A.M. on December 6, 2024, and will then be publicly opened and read aloud.

NO BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE 11:00 AM DEADLINE.
The bids will be awarded on the basis of the lowest evaluated or responsive bidder pursuant to R.I.G.L. 45-55-5. “Competitive Sealed Bidding”.

All RFP questions must be submitted via email.
Individuals requesting American Sign Language Interpreters or CART service must call the Town Clerk's Office at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the bid opening date.
