Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received at the Finance Office, until 10:00
a.m., Friday, October 7, 2022, local time, for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, and
performing all work necessary and incidental to: Consulting Engagement to Review the Middletown
School Department Accounting and Budget Practices in accordance with the specifications and
contract documents within.

Purchasing-Department, the online bidding system website, https://www.bidnetdirect.com/rhodeisland/
middletownri or at the town hall finance office.
Proposals shall be delivered and addressed to the Town Finance Director, 350 East Main Rd,
Middletown, RI 02842 and shall be labeled MIDD-023-005, by 10:00 am Friday, October 7,
2022. They will be opened and read aloud at that time in the Town Council Chambers, Town
Hall.
