Pre-Bid Site Meeting: Pre-bid site meetings will occur on Thursday, May 20, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at 20 Dexter Street, from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at 23 Toppa Boulevard, and from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at 93 Eustis Avenue. These meetings are not mandatory, but encouraged. Please note: These are the only times the properties will be accessible to bidders. Any notes and questions at the meeting shall be issued to all recipients of the RFP. All questions regarding project scope and specs should be sent to Greg Rembijas: grembijas@lookingupwards.org. A copy of the questions and answers will be sent to all recipients of the RFP.
