Description

The CONCESSIONAIRE will be permitted to maintain and operate a surfboard
and stand-up paddleboard rental concession, which shall include the exclusive right to
rent surfboards, stand-up paddleboards at Second Beach, the exclusive right to
deliver such rental equipment to customers at said beach and the exclusive right to
provide surfing, stand-up paddleboard lessons and “surf camps” at said beach.
c. This concession is offered for May 1 through September 30.
