a. Operate a surfboard and stand-up paddleboard rentals concession, consisting
preferably of a mobile concession consisting of a vehicle or trailer, or a single
container unit at the Third Beach parking lot in a space designated by the Beach
Manager, and providing surfing, stand-up paddleboard lessons and “surf camps.”
b. The CONCESSIONAIRE will be permitted to maintain and operate a stand-up
paddleboard rental concession, which shall include the exclusive right to rent standup
paddleboards at Third Beach, the exclusive right to deliver such rental equipment
to customers at said beach and the exclusive right to provide stand-up paddleboard
lessons and “surf camps” at said beach.
c. This concession is offered for May 1 through September 30.
