The Town of Middletown is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide labor and materials
for improvements to Middletown Valley Trails, phase 1.
Additionally, there are two bid alternates. Bid alternate 1 is for a second phase to the project.
Bid alternate 2 is for a complete project consisting of the original project and quantities (phase
1), as specified, plus the phase 2 quantities. The work is the same for each phase, only quantities
vary.
