INVITATION TO BID
REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR GRANT WRITER
Sealed bid proposals will be received at the Town of North Smithfield Finance Department at the address listed below until 10:00 AM on June 6, 2023. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud in the North Smithfield Town Council Chambers at 10:30 a.m. on that date.

Specifications may be obtained on the Town of North Smithfield’s website, www.nsmithfieldri.org under “Business” and “Bids &RFPs” at the bottom of the page or at the North Smithfield Finance Department between the hours of 8:30 am and 3:30 pm, Monday through Wednesday and 8:30 am to 6:30 pm on Thursday.
All SUBMISSIONS must be In TRIPlicate and clearly marked ON THE OUTSIDE ENVELOPE:

The Town of North Smithfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities in the bids received and to accept the bids or part thereof deemed to be most favorable to the Town.
No bidder may withdraw the bid for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
