Sealed separate bids will be received until 10:00 am on Monday, September 26, 2022 in the Finance Director’s Office, Town Hall, 83 Greene St., North Smithfield, RI and addressed to Karen Bernadino. They will be opened and read aloud in the Town Council Meeting Hall at 83 Greene St. at 10:15 am. All bids must be sealed and clearly marked either “Sealed Bids for Westside Stairs for Forestdale Schoolhouse” or “Sealed Bids for Roof replacement and Repairs for Forestdale Schoolhouse.” A contractor may bid separately on both projects. All bids MUST include fully completed Bid Specification Forms and be in compliance with ALL items listed in the Bid Specifications to be considered. An original and copy of each bid is required. Bid specifications, plans and bid instructions may be obtained in the Finance Director’s Office, Finance Department, Monday through Wednesday 8:00 am to 3:30 pm and Thursday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. They are also available online at www.nsmithfieldri.org .
