The Town of North Smithfield is accepting sealed proposals for Design Build Services
for the construction of a Solar Canopy and Parking Lot Expansion at Paul
Joyce Athletic Complex, 412 Greenville Road, North Smithfield, RI 02896
Bids are due to the Office of the Finance Director (attn Antony St Onge) at 83
Greene St, North Smithfield, RI 02896 by 10:00 am on October 18th, 2023. Any
bids received after that time will not be accepted. All proposals will be publicly
opened and read at that time. Proposals for the above bid must be placed in a
sealed envelope and labeled “Solar Canopy and Parking Lot Expansion at Paul
Joyce Athletic Complex”.
The Town of North Smithfield reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to
waive irregularities in any proposal, or to accept any bids, or to accept that proposal
deemed in the best interest of the Town.
