ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

The Portsmouth School Department and Town of Portsmouth will receive sealed bids for the following:

Grounds Maintenance Services

Sealed Bids shall be received at the Portsmouth School Department Administration Building, 29 Middle Road, Portsmouth, Rhode Island 02871, no later than 3:00 PM on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, where they will be opened and read aloud.

Bids received after the stipulated date and time shall not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid conference, including a comprehensive site visit, is scheduled for May 18, 2023, at 10:00 A.M., at the Brown House, 121 Linden Lane, Portsmouth R.I. No proposals will be accepted from firms that do not attend this pre-bid conference.
