TO USE SPECIAL PROCUREMENT

In accordance with Sec. 21-54 of the City’s Code of Ordinances, Sole Source Verification, an official notice is hereby given as follows
Vendor Name(s): The Nature Conservancy in Rhode Island
Estimated Amount of Procurement: The value of this contract for $1,339,697.67.
General Description of Goods or Services to be acquired: This contract is intended to provide administrative and project management services at India Point Park. The Rhode Island Chapter of Nature Conservancy will support the India Point Resiliency Investment project. They will provide legal and grant services as well as other administrative and fiscal responsibilities. A recent selection of these projects includes Providence River Dredging Phase 1 and Phase 2; Baxter Bailey Green School Yard; Rose Larisa Living Shoreline Phase 1 and Phase 2; and Providence River Estuary Artificial Reef Construction. The total projects total over $10,000,000 worth of contracts.
An affected Person may comment on the intent to establish a Contract. Unless otherwise specified in this notice, the policy requires submission of the written comment within seven (7) days after the first date of public notice, shown below.
