In accordance with Sec. 21-54 of the City’s Code of Ordinances, Sole Source Verification, an official notice is hereby given as follows
Vendor Name(s): Stryker Medical
Estimated Amount of Procurement: The value of this contract for Annual Maintenance for the Power Strechers and Defibrillators is approximately $24,571.78.
General Description of Goods or Services to be acquired: This contract is intended to provide parts for Stryker’s Emergency Care. Stryker is the sole source distributor and employs its field service team to maintain their products. This is critical equipment utilized by the EMS Division and must be maintained to optimum efficiency.
An affected Person may comment on the intent to establish a Contract. Unless otherwise specified in this notice, the policy requires submission of the written comment within seven (7) days after the first date of public notice, shown below.
