pvd21-78 - Apparel Blanket Contract

City Departments may place an initial bulk order to outfit department employees. On an as-needed 
basis,
departments may request single items in specific sizes to equip new employees or to replace damaged 
or lost items for current employees. For the initial order, the set-up fee shall apply but the 
set-up fee shall be waived for subsequent orders, regardless of order quantity.
Price of bid must include delivery to multiple city buildings, FOB destination, inside delivery at 
the date required by the City Departments. Different schools and programs will have different 
delivery date requirements.
Bidder shall hold unit pricing firm for the entire 12-motnh contract. Orders will be submitted by 
each City Department at different times during the year.
